Booking Rules
We require a non-refundable £40 deposit per booking. If your booking is less than that, we will take the full amount to secure your booking.
If we don’t receive your deposit payment within 4 days of the date of booking, your booking will be automatically cancelled.
For all bookings we require the full amount to paid two weeks before arrival, an email reminder will be sent. Failure to pay two weeks in advance could result in your booking being cancelled.
Balances are non-refundable within 14 days of arrival date, therefore should you need to arrive later or leave earlier you are still required to pay for the full amount of nights you originally booked.
You will be subject to a administration charge if you cancel your holiday, this will be deducted before a refund is given.
We cannot be held responsible for inclement weather, we do not give refunds if the weather is not to your liking.
We may defer deposits to another booking in the same year depending on the reason, at our discretion. Please contact management.

Pitch Rules
Tenby Field is a non-electric field for tents, roof tents & campervans, strictly no motorhomes or tourers permitted.
Monkstone Field is for caravans, motorhomes & campervans only. Strictly no tents/roof tents/gazebos etc, which will be asked to be taken down.
Awnings are permitted in Monkstone field, however bell tent awnings such as Dupod or Glawnings are not. All types of awning are permitted in Tenby Field.
When pitching in Monkstone Field, the van must be placed on the right hand side of the pitch area, with your door facing the left hand side (as you look at the sea view). Any awning then must be attached to the left hand side of the van. Your awning must be attached to the van when on site. If you have a campervan/motorhome with a right hand sliding door, then the van must be turned around on the pitch to face the "opposite direction".
Monkstone electric bookings are Saturday – Saturday only in high season.
Arrival time is strictly from 12 noon and departures by 11am. In high season this is a strict rule and additional charges will be made if you vacate late.
On arrival you will be given a pitch number if staying on an electric pitch in Monkstone Field. We do our best to work pitches to suit your unit and preference, however we cannot always accommodate preferred pitches and pitch numbers are non-negotiable.
Tenby Field is open plan, no pitch numbers are assigned, just a 5 metre minimum space is required between pitches.
Please ensure you know the wattage of your caravan electricity supply and its compatibility to our supply. If you exceed 10 amps the electricity will disconnect.
We do not allow generators to be used at Trevayne.
Boats/boat trailers are not permitted anywhere on the park, they must be stored elsewhere for the duration of your stay. If you try to park your boat trailer on any of the fields, you will be asked to move it.

General Park Rules
Please drive 5mph at all times on the park.
Keep noise levels to a minimum between 10:00pm – 8:00 am. We have a strict 10pm latest "quiet rule", and all campers are required to keep to this, including keeping talking and noise to an absolute minimum. All music must be turned off after this time. If you are playing music excessively loud during the day and affecting other campers, then we also reserve the right to ask you to turn it off at any point in the day.
Refrain from poor language or behaviour whilst at Trevayne.
Be responsible pet owners, keep your dog on a lead at all times and clean up after your dog.
Be responsible for your children, do not let them play in the toilet blocks. Farms can be dangerous places, especially for children so please keep a close eye on them.
Please be considerate and respectful to your neighbours at all times, they are on holiday too.
DisclaimerWe only accept families, couples, and single guests. We do not accept mixed or single sex groups of more than 3 adults. Should we have reason to believe we were misled with a booking, we reserve the right to refuse the booking on arrival.
Trevayne Farm cannot accept any responsibility for any personal injury, loss or damage to property, however caused.
If you have any issues that are affecting your stay here at the farm, please come to reception to speak to a team member.
Trevayne Farm reserves the right to take action against anyone whose behaviour we believe to be unacceptable and remove them from the park with no refund given.
